Manuela Rafat specializes in International commercial law, corporate and commercial law, trade finance and M&A.
She gained an important work experience within a top tier Italian law firm based in Bologna, where she has gained a significant experience in assisting Italian and international companies in Italy and in the Middle-East. Manuela has graduated in Law at the Catholic University of Milan in 2011, spending a semester abroad at the Abat Oliba CEU University in Barcelona (Spain) during a study exchange program.
She has also obtained a Master Degree in Islamic law from Altalex in 2015 and a Master Degree in Islamic Banking and Finance from ICC in 2019.
Manuela is a member of the Milan Bar Association.
She speaks Italian, English, Arabic, French and Spanish.
